• Identity & Verification (KYC): Full name, Citizenship Identity (CID) details, and business licenses.
• Contact Information: Mobile numbers, email addresses, and delivery addresses in your "Address Book."
• Content: Product reviews, photographs/videos of items for sale, and voice recordings if you use our voice-search features.
• Corporate/Financial: For sellers, we collect bank account information for identity verification and payment settlement.

We automatically collect information about your interaction with NamZoed, such as:

• Usage Metrics: Products viewed, search queries, and page response times.
• Device Details: IP address, device log files, and Wi-Fi credentials (if synchronized).
• Location: Real-time GPS coordinates to facilitate local trade and "Office of NamZoed" exchange point logistics.

C. Information from Other Sources

We might receive updated delivery information from our carriers or verification data from the authorities to ensure the authenticity of regional products.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to operate, provide, and improve the NamZoed experience.

• Purchase and Delivery: Handling orders, processing payments, and facilitating Safe Exchange Point drop-offs.
• Recommendations & Personalization: Identifying your preferences to suggest local Tshongpas or services that might interest you.
• Fraud Prevention & Credit Risk: We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud to protect the security of our customers and the NamZoed community.
• Comply with Legal Obligations: Verifying seller identities to comply with Bhutanese trade and tax laws.

• Transactions involving Third Parties: When you buy from a third-party seller or hire a service provider, we share the necessary information to complete that transaction.
