All content included in or made available through NamZoed — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the "look and feel" of the interface — is the property of NamZoed or its content suppliers. This material is protected by the laws of Bhutan and international copyright and intellectual property treaties. Unauthorised copying, mirroring, or distribution of these materials for commercial enterprise is strictly prohibited without our express prior written consent.

When you post, upload, or submit material to NamZoed (such as product listings, feedback, or other Submissions):

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your content.
• Licence to NamZoed: By posting, you grant NamZoed a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, edit, translate, and display your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
• Representations: You warrant that you own or control all rights to your Submission and that the content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Uploading or sharing content that belongs to another person to which the user has no legal right.
• Promoting illegal or unauthorised copies of another person's copyrighted work (e.g., pirated programmes or media).
• Using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering/extraction tools to circumvent the navigational structure of the Platform.
• Infringing upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of NamZoed or third parties.

NamZoed may display information or links from external sources ("Third-Party Content"). We do not create or endorse this content. You acknowledge that NamZoed is not responsible for the accuracy or copyright compliance of any linked external websites.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written claim to our NamZoed team. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the NamZoed Platform (URLs preferred).
4. Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a "good-faith belief" that the disputed use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

NamZoed maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

NamZoed provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree to indemnify and hold NamZoed and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your violation of this policy or your infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights.
