You may request the deletion of your NamZoed account at any time through the following methods:

Please consider the following before requesting account deletion:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose access to all your data, including order history, saved addresses, and communication history. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
If you are a registered seller (Tshongpa), additional requirements must be met:
You may cancel your deletion request at any time before it is processed by contacting our support team. Once the deletion is completed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
Once your account is deleted, you may create a new account using the same mobile number or email address. However, your previous account history, ratings, reviews, and transaction records will not be transferred to the new account.
Before deleting your account, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format. To request your data, please contact support@namzoed.com with the subject line "Data Portability Request."
